Ah, come on... it's everywhere!
Medallions, rings, clothing... even car rims and teeth! And now, "bling bling" has been added to the Oxford dictionary.
But what does bling bling really mean? Why is it a part of our culture and what is it saying?

The bling bling culture of flash anf glitz has it's roots in the Mystery Man Himself ... all the gold used in the old testament was just a drop in the bucket compared to the heavenly city with it's paved gold streets and giant pearls for gates and emerald walls etc ... soooo God is the pimp daddy of em all ... and for designer leather wear again The Mystery Man started the whole thing with designed by God custom made leather skins for the 2 kids in the garden a long long time ago ... gold rims, necklaces and platinum teeth hold nothing over The Man, The Myth, The Legend Himself.

shok, you make me laugh once again.
DP - the purveyors of bling bling learned it from the dominant culture. they're just not as discreet about it, that's all.
